English Paper Techniques

English Paper Piecing (EPP) is a hand quilting technique where pieces of fabric are adhered to a piece of paper before they are hand sewn together. EPP offers quilters that ability to showcase fabrics with the use of fussy cutting. In that class, you will be shown three different methods of adhering the paper pieces to your fabric: glue, basting, and starch. Students will be able to try all methods and use their preferred method to make a mug rug. Instructor Rhonda Rice
