Join us monthly for another project out of Pat Sloan's Holiday Celebrations book! We will complete one project out of Pat Sloan's book each month. This month the project is the Peppermint Twist table runner. It'll be the perfect addition to your holiday table.
If you would like a fabric kit for this class, please, call Anna at the store. You may also come into the store prior to the day of class to select your fabrics using the supply list that will be sent to you via email. | Skill Details: | In this class you will learn (or improve upon) the skills of piecing, quilting & binding to make a "delicious" table runner. |
| Materials Included: | You will receive an email with the supply list for this class. |
| Requirements: | Students will need Pat Sloan's Holiday Celebrations book, a sewing machine in good working order that you are familiar using, thread the color you'd like to use for your piecing, thread for the quilting, filled bobbins (one to match each of your thread choices). Basic sewing tools you will need: scissors, snips (if you use them), and straight pins/quilt clips. We never plan to need a seam ripper, however, it would be a good idea to have one just in case a classmate needs to borrow it. :) Optional items are an iron & mat, rotary cutter, ruler and mat. Having your own will limit waiting for the classroom ones. You will need a standard presser foot a zig-zag plate on your machine, size 80 universal needles, & size 80 or 90 microtex needles. A 1/4 foot and straight stitch plate are helpful, but, not necessary. There are no pre-class prep instructions for this class. If you have any questions, please, reach out to me at Sew 'n Place.
