Come Embroider With Paula - Emmitsburg

Bring your embroidery machine and spend the day working on a project you love in a friendly, supportive setting!

Come Embroider with Paula is an open-project session designed for anyone who would like dedicated stitching time, help with machine embroidery techniques, or encouragement to finish a project already in progress. Students may work on any machine embroidery project of their choice while Paula offers guidance, answers questions, and shares helpful tips along the way.

FEATURED PROJECT: KIMBERBELL AUTUMN ACRES BENCH PILLOW

This session is also a wonderful opportunity to begin or continue Kimberbell’s Autumn Acres Bench Pillow. Filled with charming autumn details, appliqué, quilting, and dimensional embellishments, this seasonal project is a beautiful addition to your fall décor.

Whether you are starting Autumn Acres, completing an unfinished Kimberbell project, or working on something entirely different, come enjoy a relaxing day of embroidery and creativity with others who share your love of stitching.

Students should know how to operate their embroidery machine and bring all supplies needed for their chosen project.

STUDENTS SHOULD BRING

• Embroidery machine in good working order
• Embroidery unit, power cord, and machine accessories
• Appropriate embroidery hoops
• Project pattern and embroidery design files
• Fabric, thread, stabilizer, and embellishments required for the project
• Fabric scissors, appliqué scissors, and thread snips
• Extra bobbins and embroidery needles
• Basic sewing and embroidery supplies

Students working on Autumn Acres should bring the pattern and design files, fabric kit or selected fabrics, thread, stabilizer, and any embellishments needed for the sections they plan to complete.

Space is limited in all of our classes. Please, sign up early!
Please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance if you need to back out of a class. Our teachers work very hard preparing for class and to do so properly, they need to have a head count a couple of weeks before the class begins.
Because all class fees go to our teachers, we cannot refund class fees if you do not show up for a class or if you cancel less than 1 week before the start of the class.
