Learn how to use your embroidery machine to “quilt” your projects from Edge to Edge. End with a beautiful design that your friends will think you had a longarmer perform and / or you spent hours with hand work.

Requirements: | Sewing machine with embroidery unit. Very good working knowledge of how to operate your embroidery unit. Medium to large hoop. (2) Quilt sandwich to fit hoop. These will be used as "testers" and will serve as how to make a template Quilt sandwich to perform multiple placements embroidery edge to edge. Please ensure the quilt sandwich is at least 3 times the size of the hoop in length and width you plan to use. Embroidery thread of your choice, and contrasting thread for the class so you can more easily see what you've stitched is a great idea. Scissors, extra bobbins, regular thread, needles for your machine, thread picker, pins or anything else you think you may need. Quilt sandwich to fit hoop (background fabric, batting, top fabric). 505 spray Brasting spray Edge to Edge Embroidery Designs (you can purchase Edge to Edge Quilting Designs Amelia Scott CD in the store). Please ensure you can access this on your embroidery machine before class. |
