717-352-3050Class Scrap Buster Series - Scrappy Flower Quilt
Join us the first Tuesdays of the month for our Scrap Busting Series! This month, we focus on using up all those strips of leftovers with these wonky whimsical flowers! I this class you will learn how to use your scraps to form these floral blocks. This is truly a way to help unload scraps in a magical way to create something stunning. The goal for this class is to complete 9 blocks to be turned into a small wall hanging or table topper. This class is not a start to finish quilt as believe it or not these blocks take a little bit of time. The quilt will need to be completed on your own following the class or, at a Sew with Stacy Session.

| Skill Details: | Beginner/Intermediate. Must understand basic sewing skills and how to use your machine as well as be able to produce an accurate 1/4". |
| Requirements: | - Sewing machine, in good working order, thread and general sewing tools/supplies - SCRAPS and lots of them! You can make your flowers any color you like. You will of course need a good assortment of greens for the leaves. - Bring a cutting mat as well as a travel iron if you have one. There is a lot of trimming and pressing involved and if you have these at your table it will eliminate a lot of up and down. - A square ruler for the size you wish your finished block to be. I used a 9.5" block for mine, but you can make your flowers any size you wish. |
