INTRODUCTORY RATE (plus sales and hotel tax)

We rent the house, not per person. The rates to rent the house with the sewing area included are as follows:

$650 per night for 2 nights (minimum 2 nights booking - up to 14 capacity)
$600 per night for 3 nights booked 
Additional $200 cleaning fee charged.
11% total tax (6% PA sales tax and 5% Hotel Tax)

Enjoy a beautiful fabrics store that boasts up to 3000 bolts of fabric, supplies and 6 brands of sewing machines. Our store includes a full service café, delicious locally made ice cream and a unique gallery of antique sewing machines.

When you stay with us, you will enjoy your choice of café drink each morning, 15% discount in our store, a dish of ice cream in the afternoon, access to a sewing machine technician if any breakdowns occur (Monday - Friday), loaner machines to rent available, ample parking and beautiful surroundings in a lovely 2 story log home.

House features up to 5 bedrooms (one downstairs with 2 beds in most rooms), 2 full bathrooms (one downstairs, one upstairs) living room, kitchen, dining room, balconies and more.

Our separate 2,000 square foot log retreat building offers 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, small kitchen, expansive space and relaxing front porch.

Our retreat center is only 15 minutes from Historic Gettysburg, PA where you can find beautiful scenery, boutique shops, a lovely downtown and multiple choices of local restaurants as well as national chains.

To our west, we are equally as close to Chambersburg, PA where one can find even more shopping and a much wider selection of restaurants and more. 

Also, enjoy some of the Caledonia area businesses and attractions. We are just a mile away from beautiful Caledonia State Park where you can find a beautiful public pool, the Appalachian Trail, Thaddeus Steven’s Blacksmith Shop, Caledonia Golf Course, the old Iron Forge and thousands of acres of beautiful state forest.
