Product Return Policy

We offer full return CREDIT for sewing machines purchased within 90 days of purchase.

Special orders for goods that are not part of our regular inventory are not refundable.

Fabric products, books, cd's, special orders and software are non refundable products.

Layaway Policy

Layaway items will be refunded for store credit only.

Failure to pay layaways will result in a 10% penalty each month they are unpaid.

Unless other arrangements are made, layaways must be picked up within 90 days.
