English Paper Piecing (EPP) is a hand piecing technique where pieces of fabric are adhered to a piece of paper before they are hand sewn together. EPP offers quilters the ability to showcase fabrics with the use of fussy cutting to sew complex designs. In August, we will begin working on the “Queens Folly” table runner. “Queens Folly” is an intricate EPP block that can be found in English quilts from the mid 1800s.
